About
MSAGSI is a leading skill’s assessment agency having a network of assessors across India covering all skill sectors. MSAGSI works with the government, accreditation bodies and corporates to carry out assessments and certify trainees in technical and non-technical skills. MSAGSI also develops and manages its own content to facilitate testing. MSAGSI assesses skills across 25 sectors such as security, telecom, textile, agriculture and automotive. The company also has a technology based testing platform that supports the assessments.
Maj. Gen Satnam Singh founded Ibex Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. In 2007. A consultancy focused on risk management and mitigation. In 2007, during the conceptualization of the Skilling Initiative by the Director General of Employment and Training (DGET), Maj. Gen. Satnam Singh founded Multi Skills Assessors Guild (MSAG). Over the last 7 years he has led MSAGSI to establish itself as an Assessing Body of high standards and repute, partnering with 8 skill councils and the DGET. His vision for excellence in assessments is endorsed by the development of innovative technology products to enhance standardization, transparency and authenticity.

A Veteran of the Indian Army with over 40 yrs. of experience in operations, logistics and training.
He is the Founder of MSAGSI and has over 10 yrs of experience in the assessment management across sectors and an established expert in the assessment field. Part of the India EU study Tour to UK.

An MBA from Manchester Business School with over 20 years Human Resource management experience and HR tech. She has worked with Johnson and Johnson,Sapient Technology and UNICEF projects in leadership and consulting roles. Founder CEO of Nempact (KaamHai.com). A social impact technology company.
